The method development kit includes 2, 3, or 4 short columns. Build your own kit with 2 mm, 3 mm, or 4.6 mm i.d. columns. Choose any 2, 3, or 4 stationary phases among our corresponding separation materials. Each column in the kit is individually packed and tested to satisfy all criteria of our regular columns. Many methods can be developed on the short 50 mm columns that are included in the kit without going to the longer column format.

The Obelisc column kit includes an Obelisc R and Obelisc N column in your choice of length, inner diameter, and particle size. This powerful duo of complimentary columns (Obelisc R for reversed-phase methods and Obelisc N for normal-phase methods) decreases method development time by eliminating screening of columns that offer no appreciable differences in selectivity.

Obelisc phases are available in 5 µm particle size for standard HPLC work. 5 µm Obelisc particle sizes can be ordered in column lengths of 10, 25, 50, 100, 150, and 250 mm with inner diameters of 0.3, 0.5, 1.0, 2.1, 3.2, and 4.6 mm. Shorter columns can be used for both fast method development or for final methods. Longer columns can be used to increase separation ability of closely eluted peaks.
Guard columns are available in 5 µm particle size.
